I suspect the still have some......Govt vehicles are really just a big fleet (kinda like Hertz, Avis, Enterprise)operation.....They have certain criteria, mileage, etc., that determines when they auction them off....(They could send a vehicle to a low use station too)....

When they buy vehicles they put out bids and usually buy in large lots......
