Good find Dennis, The Document gives all the proposed details... I noted also on page 7 that there is are appeal against it details.... unfortunately its too late now.. Although I think I noted a post from one of the other members who has contacted them to ask them to query how or if they have the rights to have created it in the first place. Wonder if Joerg or other members have found or noted other information that is of use or concern.. This was proposed early in January or February. I noted the Black-triangle yahoo site with the link to the Las vegas hiking groups tikaboo photos was from Oct 21st 2011... I am trying to clarify certain details and dates to narrow it down when it was set up.. IF any members Hiked up tikaboo in different months say between july to September didn't note its presence then maybe it was positioned in October..
and technical and general information etc..
Not sure if the date 2/1/11 is wrote as US or UK formatt....
