I believe most of the B-2 specific claims in that article have been disproven. For example, the claim of an electrostatic charge device: none of the infrastructure to support something like that has been uncovered. No one who works on B-2s has maintained something like that, there is no space in the airplane that could accomdate something like that, and there is (probably) not enough power in the airplane for it.
