I have one of those and figured it take a month of Sundays to find it. Amazingly, I found it in about 5 minutes....that's the good news. Mine is Edition 2.03 dated 4/7/94, but in the Map Portfolio section, it does not have the map Hank referenced. There must be a later edition number than what I have. I was hoping this would help, but apparently not.
