To start with, Groom Lake is a developmental site not a response site so it would not be involved even if we responded with a massive attack. Secondly "red tipped" warheads would certainly not be an appropriate response to a terrorist attack! I totally agree with Rick the most likely scenario is a lone wolf type of attack. If anyone weren't doing some major planning for some type of attack they wouldn't plan it when we were expecting it which we certainly will be on 911!
