Good eyes an observation from GE. These tunnel portals are called Skull Mountain portals North & South and point in the direction of Groom Lake 46 miles away to the NE. Yucca Mountain portal is about 6 miles NW. Be on the lookout for Nuclear subterrene TBMs.
