Doubtful, unless the intruding aircraft obviously posed a threat to personnel, equipment, or facilities. More than likely, they'd be escorted/tailed until they landed and welcomed by law enforcement representatives once they landed, no matter where that was. If a Red/Green Flag or FWS pilot violates "the Box," there is no appeal, they are summarily dismissed and must immediately return to their home unit, where their commanding officer awaits their return, with a reprimand in hand. I know for a fact, that within the last five years, at least one Red Flag pilot clipped the Box, due to an in-flight mechanical emergency. Though the short-cut may have allowed him to save the aircraft and avoid and uneven number of take-offs and landings, it resulted in him leaving Nellis the next morning.
