It isn't like the photo reveals anything that was 'secret'. Use of more, shorter tail rotor blades with a hub cover is neither new, nor particularly sensitive. It was secret 40 years ago when the CIA used them in North Vietnam and Laos, but has not been 'secret' for a long, long time.
