If you look closely at the new hangar it appears it may be constructed of some type of fabric material over a frame. You can see how the exterior material is sort of formed over a frame which causes bumps especially on the roof. While a different color this could be that the hangar is somewhat the same as those large temporary test like buildings you see erected at many large sporting events.

If this is truly what it is a kind of makes sense since it would allow old structures to be rapidly constructed for projects in then removed or reshaped for future projects.
