I think the tankers you saw landing were supporting the morning exercise of fighter weapons school. The Red Flag sortie did now wind down until 2pm. They had the Coyote airspace from 11:45am until at least 2pm. I saw the two Aussie C-130's (A97-005 and A97-009) RTB through Coyote Summit around 1:40pm.
