The classic "GLR" gravel road will never be hard-topped because...........the dust created by approaching vehicles on the road are easy indicators of traffic. This ain't latent Stimulus dollars getting passed around, no. There are concrete reasons for improving the road system leading into the Area. More work and more continuous activity that no one wants to validate. Stuff is going on and well so or they wouldn't be taking these measures to make things seem "normal".....
