What you saw was most likely Boeing's F-22 sensor and avionics test bed, N757A, aka. Catfish. It looks rather odd, with a set of wings mounted above the cockpit. It was in the Ranges (and likely landed at Nellis) this Monday, between 4:30pm and 7:00pm.
