if your from a state that gets snow it won't be anything new, it's a really good road out to Rachel. GLR is gravel and my guess is, like Hank said they maintain it for the white bus.

When I went out to Rachel we went during the day and the really the only thing we saw was a cammo dude Jeep and the sign, and the excitment of being there!
