Yes. His grazing rights extend up to the fence that marks the old border in the early 1980's. You can see the fence, and a cattle guard across GL Rd in google earth. The cattle guard is almost directly in line with the lakebed Rwy 03. The fence crosses GL Rd from NW to SE. It connects the fence on the north side of the Groom Range with the Range 61 fence.
