Back in '97 my wife and I visited Rachel from Vegas where we live for the first time and fell in love with the town. We asked about land and bought some a few months from that trip. Don't go to Rachel for the burger, although I do admit I have had one every single time I go to town which is alot these days but go to Rachel to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and RELAX. It is so calming out there it is amazing, we hate driving down 93 and seeing I-15....and I mean HATE!
