The size of the hangar doesn't always tell you the size of the airplane, but in this case it has to be large for a reason. It is certainly larger than any of the other hangars that have been built in recent years. It has a rather odd placement and orientation. Maybe it isn't a hangar. It could also be a anechoic facility for avionics and EW testing. In any case, it is premature to speculate too much.
