In the area of rt 375 the private land would be Mr Medlins ranch, the lots in Rachel and the mine on Tempiute. All the rest is owned by all US citizens and managed by the BLM. There are lease arrangments with grazing and mining intrests, but BLM camp sites are open to all.
We also are owners of the restricted areas, we just cant go there.
In short the private land is a residence or it should be posted.
