This assumes that jihadists think once. There is no "deterrant" for jihadists. There is only a remedy: liquidation on an all-inclusive scale. jihadists are only emboldened to face death that much more readilly when confronted with more destructive weaponry. They welcome death. They truly need what we have the capability to deliver. Our only hinderance is our humanity, and it will be the death of us all if we don't get over it all and start killing some people.
