I know some companies fly them single pilot for Part 135 Cargo, and that the military can fly them single pilot.

A FAA PIC type rating for it can be single pilot, or only valid with an SIC. I cant recall any part 135 passenger ops with them though. Under 121, it is most definitely two pilot.
