Snif the output of the UHF beam.
Measure the elements to estimate the freq.

Simulate setting off the sensors.
- walk over it
- drive past it
- shotgun blast to the ground near it (seismic sim)

And the low tech approach, ask BLM.

Ask the dish supplier. Send them a pic and ask
"I saw this on a hiking trail I frequent.
Is it safe if my dog pee's on it?"
