Nice catch, Steve. Yes, the dish says WildBlue, and looks exactly like the setup you found in your link. So we know the data goes to an internet connection. Not very secure or stealthy. Combined with Daves observation about the micro earthquakes (nice catch as well, Dave!), I would agree that this has been rigged as a temporary monitoring station. Now what causes the quakes? ... That's a whole different question...
