Yes, those are similar to what we found. The Com-Pak unit is on the right in our photo, and the Solaradio on the left. They mention pipeline monitoring. Perhaps this has something to do with the recent test well is Tikaboo Valley. A pipeline from Tikaboo Valley down to Vegas would run right past the location of this setup. However, for the moment, the area immediately around the units was the only recently disturbed ground.
