Has anyone requested a Nellis Range Chart recently? A few months ago, I submitted a written FOIA request for the chart as instructed on this site and got no response. Today I phoned in a request and was told it was not available to the public. I called back, citing the NGA website, and was told I could buy it for $10. Has anyone actually gotten the chart for free lately?
