Thank you, Norio. I am planning to follow up on the new developments at Area 51 later in the year. The base is certainly active, more so than ever before.

There was not much change around the tower at the north end of the base. I believe that these two new additions serve two different major new projects at Groom.

Building a new hangar of that size is not cheap. Considering that some of the older hangars are not used, this means:

a) The new project requires a larger hangar than any of the ones not in use, or a location far away from the South Base, and

b) The new project is well funded, of some significance, and likely to be around for a while
