Well, I guess it isn't the Eiffel Tower, unless they have taken a REAL disliking to American tourists lately.

So I'm going to guess it's the "Watertown water tower".

I hope you aren't going to make me guess which leg of of the tower you "bured" the prize at, but I think I'd dig first at the very center, so that the tank might shield me from detection by overhead sats.
