It is set well back from the road: farther from the Hancock Summit side than LW_6728, but closer to the mailbox part of the road)

Both of them should have a decent view, and used in combination, the nasty point of what I presume to be White Sides can be shifted right or left in front of the base as desired.

For those not looking to make so grueling a climb, here are a couple of lower ones which are much closer to the mailbox section of road:
JB_6256 at lat=37.46715, lon=-115.43117
(which is directly between JB_6969 and Groom, pretty much across the street from the mailbox)

and
JB_6263 at lat=37.48433, lon=-115.46285
(which is closer to Hancock Summit than the others)

Both are low enough to have a more obstructed view, but I think we'll all be surprised at how good they will be if we can lug our butts there. Certainly they are good backups if Tikaboo ever gets yanked.

Still, I prefer the idea of exploring a bunch of the peaks which can be traversed to within 2 miles of Tikaboo, or heading south from Hancock summit toward Tikaboo, before going too hogwild on any of these.
