I'm not sure who the advertisement agency is, but I have noticed on a few occasions that inserted scripts from external URLS will get truncated- which can mean that a process in javascript doesn't get finished off properly, which can prevent a page from loading properly. Might make sense to doublecheck that the code is installed properly. Those who have the problems: you might try using a different browser- if the problem is related to code on the pages (ie ads) and not merely a random connection issue, firefox should be willing to load as much of the page as possible (at which point you can 'view source' and see where it got stuck). That's all I've got. For the record, I think I recall having run into a strangely truncated page a few months back.
