Maybe the Northrop stealth technology demonstrator Tacit Blue would be of interest here. See the attached link for more information in Peters "Dreamland Timeline".

BTW: Around 2000, you could often see a B-2 early in the morning in the airspace north of Groom, flying low passes north to south. Probably doing the RCS tests that Pete mentioned.
