True of course, but I always assumed the word fastmover was informally attached (by the community here) to whatever he saw that day because according to his report a "fastmover" was mentioned over the radio just before the sighting occurred.

As far as the SMB having an overactive imagination, you might know more about that, having been here so long. The only reference I've seen to the sighting is here on DLR, but I don't recall too much discussion debunking his report over the past several years that I've been a regular.
