Some signals were recieved at Alice Springs, but these were mostly intercepted signals from Soviet Radars that were reflecting off of the Moon.

Most of the signals from NSA's seagoing fleet were recieved at Ft. Meade. Rossman, NC, Cheltenham MD, and Sugar Grove, WV were also known recieve sites.

The large dishes next to the Ft. Meade golf course are still there, at least at the time of my last visit.
