Typically the secretaries fly in a C-32. White on top, blue on the bottom. A very distinctive plane as Thomas White found out. I don't know who else can fly in them. I see the similar planes land at air forces bases that are not on the VIP frequent flier list such as Travis and just recently at the TTR.

You are almost always better off listening to the cops or state police than the USSS to track the "package". The USSS typically is using encryption.

The C-32 won't show up on flightaware.
