You will get base contractors and delivery trucks going down the Cedar Pipeline Ranch road. What you won't get are yahoos driving the ET Highway.

If he can take a bit of dirt, there are more possibilities. I think it would be fun to park right by the back gate. There is a turn off towards the north (left side of the gate if facing it). The cammo dudes would like the company.

The parking area near the front gate would also handle a motorhome.
