The fork is between the first and second cattle water area. To get to it you will have to pass through a cattle gate, which is usually closed but not locked. At the fork the road continues straight, while the most travelled road turns right. You need to follow the right fork. Then just keep going straight. As Hank said, the view from Badger Mtn. is partially blocked by Tikaboo. From the western most part of Badger the view is almost as good as Tikaboo, though.
The hike is a little more challenging, because you need to hike up, then down in a wash, and then back up again.
