Quite a few of the hills east of the ET highway can see the burn pit. While that may not be an exciting part of the base, if you can see the burn area, then the air space should be visible as well.

Here is an interesting hill:
N37 37 14.4 W115 24 42.6
A road (Logan Pass) will take you to
N37 37 35.1 W115 24 47.7
From satellite photos, you can see a wash that leads from there to
N37 37 24.7 W115 24 51.8
From there, it is 1500ft to the end spot.
