Drive North on Las Vegas Blvd past the race track. About a couple hundred feet past where the chain link fence ends (Nellis Side) you will see a dirt road. Turn right and drive a 100 feet or so. That's a good place to watch. You stare right down the two runways 21L / 21R. Most of the time they launch out over the desert (right over your head)!

After everything is out, if you can kill a bit of time, you'll hear them switch active runways from the 03s to Runways 21s and they come in right back over your head again. Nellis Tower 327.00 if you got a scanner.

I was up there for JEFX in April. B-1s with full burners going over your head shakes you a bit! Way Cool!!! B-2s and F-117 are way cool too!!!
