Sounds like an episode of the x-files,Now with that said i did meet a wierdo in s.c. when i lived there and he told me about black ops and the drug trafficing out of columbia so it wouldn't surprise me a bit. but i think a few more layers of foil might make some of this go away.(just my oppinion i could be wrong).
