I checked the George Washington University archives. The site was declassified in 1995. Secret enough for me.

While everyone thinks all the secret stuff is going on in the desert, there is plenty of stuff on the east coast. The CIA has their training facility at Camp Perry. You can see the landing strip from Google Earth. Cheney hangs out at Site-R (Raven Rock) in Pa. JNX airport is a hotbed of CIA activity.

The funny thing is sites not in the desert are often harder to snoop on since it's not like they are surrounded by BLM land. Even urban general aviation airports are locked down nowadays.
