Yep, that is a VERY tight fit into the fuel cells of any Boeing aircraft. I work inside the wing of 737's on a daily basis, and I can only get my body in half way through the fuel cutout (they are a standard size on all boeing aircraft).

I missed the episode, though, as (ironically) I was inside a fuel cell at work!
