Sure, its old technology, based on faceting to redirect radar energy away from the source. Its late 70s tech at its best. The materials themselves probably have some, possibly limited value.

The next generation of stealth, pioneered by Tacit Blue, was curved surfaces, which was possibly by the increased computer processing power that was found by mid 80s. Its more effective and more aerodynamically efficient.
