Refueling takes place over well defined tracks. In theory, this is the only place they do refueling. In practice, I've seen refueling over the Nellis range no where near any tracks. The link goes to a 4Mbyte PDF. See page 488 for the refueling tracks. Does AR642 look like the right location? If you are motivated, you can plot the coordinates from page 558 to get a better idea of where the track is located.
