My Grandpa worked out at A 51 on U-2, SR-71, F-117 and "Other Things". I recentley asked him the same question and he told me that they are working on some important stuff against all threats. As for the money I heard a story of them using steak meat in chilli...... I guess you could call that a waste, but he says they try not to waste money because they get in trouble for doing so. Mark
