Most radio traffic associated with the blast will probably be on the NTS trunking system. You will need a trunk tracker scanner capable of decoding APCO P-25 audio, such as the Uniden BCD 396T or Radio Shack PRO-96, to listen to it. Information on the trunking system including frequencies can be found at the attached link.
