BTW, I searched the Nevada and Mass corporate records, and the "EDGAR" files. For the most recent data I could find, EG&G Special Projects is a Nevada Corporation with officers in common with PerkinElmer. EG&G Technical Services is run by URS, again based on board members. So there are really two EG&Gs.

The DynCorp logo can be seen on the Roland threat trucks.
