There are alot of those earth covered bunkers in the Atomic Test Site area....You go west of Groom Lake abot 10-15 miles and then down and they're everywhere...........anything explosive is placed in these type of bunkers at any government facility that requires their use....At JSC NASA they have some in the back of the site....(rocket boosters are jettisoned with explosive bolts.).
