That sounds like a program that was shown last week on the History Channel. Nick Cook was the reporter. It was mostly an overview. It did bring up some interesting topics, some which I've never heard of. The Nazi Germany experiments was one. But it did have some errors and often over dramatized some stories. The Lonnie Zamora story was one - Zamora never described a 'saucer' and never said it chased him. Still, worth the two hours spent watching.
