When you create the placemark, check the "advanced" box, then select the "location" tab. At this point, you can cut and paste the lat and lon. I plugged this location into a topo map and believe that this facility is hidden behind a hill if you are looking from the usual eastern locations (Brainwash, Cliff, Mojo). The facility may be visible from Mt. Diablo. Of course, you are right next to the guard shack when you are on Mt. Diablo, so you will be quite visible too.
