Ive seen a couple of lots north on 95. If I remember right their both on the east side. One is a little south of Durango Rd. and another between Durango and the Mt. Charleston cut off. Those lots existed more than 10 years ago before all the growth went north. Sometimes they are almost filled and other times almost empty. It may have to do with what projects are going on at the time at the NTS.
