Couldnt it be possible that if a cammo dude detained you, and then the sherrif came to pick you up, and you challenged the citation in court, that the cammo dude would have to make a public appearance as a witness to the crime? I'd think that having a cammo dude make an appearance in court is the last thing the gov't would want, and i'm sure they'd send in video before that happened, or go through some legal loophole, but i'd still consider it a possibility, if the circumstances were right.
