I noticed the weapons school (my guess, based on timing) was bombing the crap out of dog-bone lake after one of the night flags. That might be close enough to appear to be Groom Lake. Whatever was dropped was enough to cause light to be seen from the power line overlook. At one point, I thought I saw a strobe light, as if they were taking a wide field of view photograph of the damage.

BTW, during the Thursday AM flag, there was bombing "talk" on 123.0Mhz.
