Flashing lights generally means the radar is active, so don't get too close, unless you like a fried cranium.

I had the misfortune once to have the Roland set up at Coyote Summit when I was on the rocks just above it. Not only did the Roland insure no planes would get close, I also had to wait until the warning light went off as the unit was parked next to my SUV.

I never did the Tikaboo climb up and down in one day, so my hat is off to you.
